Please spread the word on the release through your networks, near and far, and enjoy the film.
There shall be more updates in the future regarding extra features, and the future of the film as well. We couldn't do this without the support of you our audience.
Live long and prosper
Hello fans and supporters of science fiction, small and epic, old and new.
This weekend sees the release of the film here on VHX. As we are an independent production and release, we are reliant on your good word and recommendation to point people towards our film.
On Friday, the site will go live and the purchases will be enabled. We already appreciate you taking the time to check out the film, but we would also like to offer you a little something extra for your support.
The release of the film will be a download purchase, which will have along with it the various trailers, teasers and original mood reel, as well as a special behind the scenes film made by our friend over at strange day films, director Nic Wassell. Also down the line, there will be a DVD style commentary, and some cast and crew interviews, which will be made available to all those who have purchased the film. They will be made available either here on VHX or as a separate link for download once we figure out what will work best.
But of course what we most hope is that you enjoy the film and our efforts. Very soon, that door shall be opened.
See you Friday
Hello everyone,
Thanks for checking out After The World Ended on VHX. This platform is one that allows independent films such as this one to find an audience and to get out into the world, and we do appreciate you giving us a shot by watching the film and sharing this page around to those who might be interested in it as well.
We hope to launch right off the bat with a special package which will include a bevy of special features from all the trailers, interviews, behind the scenes photo journals, and a special making of short documentary film. It's a way of saying thank you for supporting indie film, and showing you a little bit of what it was like getting the film to this stage.
When we launch, which should be hopefully in the next month or two, we hope that you come back and check us out to download the full package, and that you will spread the word far and wide. We all loved making this film, from the heart, and with little to no resources other than our guts and passion for cinema. It's been a long road as we had a long post-production process for the few VFX we have, but we made it. And now we look forward to sharing the fruits of our labour with you.
Many thanks, and see you soon
Tony
p.s. be sure to pop your email into the mailing list, to receive these updates directly in the future, as well as to be first to know when the film is up!
